How Do I Order?
There are few ways to place your order:
Via Fax: You can fax your written purchase order to (212) 972-0221
Via Phone: You can speak to our sales representatives by dialing (800) 847-3663 or (212) 557-7251 for local calls
Via Email: You can simply email us at sales@rj-crystalsystem.com
Via Mail: You can mail us your purchase order. (This method has the longest processing time for your order.)
 

How much is the shipping and handling charge?
Inventory items are shipped FOB NYC via UPS-Ground.

The minimum shipping and handling (S&H) charge via UPS-Ground is $10.00 per box per shipment. Additional boxes will be charged $7.00 each. (Subject to change by the actual shipping cost)
Shipping method is upgradeable to UPS-RED, UPS-BLUE or UPS-ORANGE and the rates will be changed accordingly, please ask your sales representative.


Lead Time/ Processing Time
Normally, we will ship once your payment is processed or approved.

For volume order, blanket order, or customized order, it takes 8 to 10 weeks from the receipt of the written purchase order. To confirm, please contact us directly.



What payment method do we offer?

We only accept corporate check. Terms are net 30 days upon credit approval. Please kindly fax or mail us the completed Credit Application Form (caf.pdf  54Kb). Please remit all payments or completed form to
RJ Enterprises, 60 East 42nd Street, Suite 1231, New York, NY 10165.

VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS will be available shortly.


Secure Checkout
Because your credit card security is a high priority, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. RJ-Enterprises.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, and credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet. In-store WebStations operate over a private, secure network and do not use SSL.



Online Ordering
Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 2-3 days. If the merchandise is on backorder it may take additional time. Please reference the availability message displayed on our product pages and in your shopping cart that indicates the expected time to ship.


Refund/ Exchange

All returns must be approved through R.J. Enterprises Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.). Numbers must be on the outside of returned materials. R.M.A. numbers expire after 30 days. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid (Return shipping is at your own expense) and are subject to restocking charges. Custom products are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

To get the R.M.A. number, please call us at 1-800-VIP-FONE or email us at billing@rj-crystalsystem.com. In rare instances, a product is defective. In such a case, we will either replace or refund to you.

For the defective product,  replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow for transit time, usually 7-10 days depending on your location, and choice of shipping method.

For the refund, we will credit back to the original purchasing credit card account number only, and will confirm credit to your account via e-mail.

Return any item in its original condition.
Include your receipt (packing slip).
Return within 30 days of shipment date (on packing slip).

 

Wrong Product
In the event that you did not receive the correct product, please read the Refund/ Exchange section.


Package Tracking
Yes, you can track your package(s) in www.UPS.com with the corresponding tracking numbers that we sent to you via email. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be valid. We assign tracking numbers before UPS actually pick up the products. Email us to resend the tracking numbers to you if you don't receive the confirmation in email.


Back Order

You can send us a blanket purchase order scheduled for different shipping dates. Normally, your first shipment takes 8-10 weeks from the receipt of your written purchase order.


How Do I Cancel an Order?
You are able to cancel an order within 11 days. If you want to cancel an order placed via shopping cart, or if you can't remember how it was placed, all you need to do is send us an email. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel. If you want to change the quantity of an item, please tell us. With any cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Warranty
R.J. Enterprises warrants its manufactured products and assemblies for a period of ten years from time of purchase. These products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. We cannot warranty our products in case of misuse, acts of God, or consequential damage. Alteration of product cancels all warranties. Under no circumstances will R.J. Enterprises be responsible for any damage beyond the replacement cost of the defective merchandise. R.J. Enterprises reserves the right to repair or replace any products that are returned under warranty.
